The Kirkwood School District offers well over two hundred "courses" to our students, addressing multiple disciplines from kindergarten through 12th grade.

At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Kirkwood School District Board of Education meeting, the Board announced unanimous selection of Dr. Kenneth D. Roumpos as Kirkwood’s next superintendent, with an official start date of July 1, 2025. He currently serves as superintendent of the Francis Howell School District in O’Fallon.

Last night, the KSD Board of Education held an awards and honors ceremony to recognize some of the outstanding accomplishments of students and staff.

Students in our technology classes at Nipher Middle School all finished with a 1 rating, the highest to earn, on their projects at the Technology Education Association of Missouri (TEAM) annual state contest. The awards program was held May 14, at the Margaritaville Resort at Lake of the Ozarks. The winners are: Jack Carter, Sam Hicks, Kate Watson, Avanell Mitchell, Callahan Morgan, Allie Taylor, Claire Cook, and Boden Forinash.
